part pregnant, the whole family in fancy dress who raised £800:

New Sports Massage Therapist


Mark Laybourn, who many of you
will know as an excellent Pilates Instructor, will be joining us from Wednesday 4th January 2012
as a Sports Massage Therapist on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Mark qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2004 and has worked with people with sports injuries as well as those who enjoy deep tissue massage for relaxation. He has worked with various sports people, including footballers, rugby players and
some of the Essex County
Cricket Club first team.

Mark previously worked closely
with an Osteopath, where he learnt some osteopathic mobilising and stretching methods, which are extremely effective in gaining more flexibility in the muscle fibres.

Mark uses these techniques to complement his massage therapy, to ease pain and help you to regain your range of motion.
