FAQ's

Q: I have never done yoga or Pilates before, what can I expect?

A: The great thing about Pilates and Yoga is that they are accessible to anyone, from complete beginners to elite athletes and yogis. It's not about what you look like or whether or not you can touch your toes, it is about feeling amazing and doing what you can. Our teachers are highly trained and will give you options to modify exercises so that the level that you are working at is right for you, enabling you to progress at your own pace.

Q: How often do I need to practice to feel the benefits?

A: The more you practise the better you'll be and the fitter, leaner and stronger you'll feel. Consistency is the key to success but even coming for just one hour a week, will leave you feeling healthier and refreshed. Coming 3 times a week will change your life and your shape!

Q: Do I need to be flexible to do yoga or Pilates?

A: Absolutely not! Both Pilates and yoga will enable you to gently increase your flexibility at your own pace. Some of us are naturally bendy but all of us can benefit from gradually improving our flexibility at a level that's right for us.

Q: How many people do you have in each class?

A: We uniquely provide small group classes to ensure that you get the most out of your class. We limit our yoga and Pilates classes to a maximum of 8 students to ensure that you have space to enjoy your practice and get plenty of individual attention.

Q: What are the benefits of 1:1 sessions?

A: 1:1 yoga or Pilates ensures that you get exactly what you want out of your practice. 1:1s with our specialist teachers help you to reach your goals faster. A personally designed programme takes into account your individual needs, including sporting ambitions or any health conditions that you may have.
