At Hummingbird we run a range of courses and workshops to boost your Pilates and yoga practice, general health and wellbeing. We hope that our workshops will leave you feeling inspired. We regularly host: Pilates reformer courses, gong bath workshops, yoga, Pilates and ante and postnatal workshops. Our highly acclaimed small group reformer courses enable you to fast track your Pilates workout by adding resistance.

We also offer great introductions to both Pilates and yoga with our Absolute Beginners Courses. Our Beginners Courses have been carefully designed for those with absolutely no experience of either Pilates or yoga, who wish to learn the basics in a small group. On these courses everyone starts at the same point and gradually progresses their practice, having been taught the key theory and movements. We hope that they will leave you feeling amazing and will inspire you to take up regular Pilates or yoga.

Our popular gong bath workshops use the sound of the gong to promote deep relaxation. Spaces are like gold dust so you need to be quick booking in!
