Hatha yoga classes provide you with the opportunity to discover yoga at a gentle pace. Our Hatha yoga classes will enable you to learn beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
Hatha yoga is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all age groups and ability levels.

We particularly recommend Hatha yoga for beginners, as these yoga classes provide an excellent introduction to yoga with a slower paced sequence of stretches, with simple breathing exercises and an opportunity to try relaxation and meditation techniques.

Hatha yoga is very popular in America and is the most widely practised form of yoga in the United States.

Hatha yoga focuses on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the aim of promoting a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures, which promote suppleness of the spine and boost circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues.

Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
