Stretch is a specialist Physiotherapy clinic, which runs within our Pilates and Yoga studios.

Stretch specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

Our team of expert physiotherapists have a wide range of special interests including: spinal pain, sports injuries, post operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and ante and postnatal problems.

You will be well looked after at our clinic, as we only use treatments that are scientifically proven to work. Following a thorough assessment, we will clearly explain your diagnosis and which treatments we feel will be most effective for you. We will also liaise with your GP or Consultant, if we feel that a review with a doctor is needed.

During your first appointment our team will provide you with your preferred treatment option and personalised advice and exercises to help you to maintain the benefits that you will feel after visiting our clinic. Our aims are to get you feeling better as soon as possible, preventing recurrent problems and getting you safely back to the things that you love to do.

When you visit our clinic you know that you are in safe hands as our team are members of the following professional organisations:

"I have have had physiotherapy with Ellie for an ongoing back injury and have seen a marked improvement in my symptoms. I have gone on to participate in her pilates classes. Ellie has worked with me to increase my core strength and has given me excercises to do at home as part of an ongoing management programme. Ellie is professional, yet friendly in her approach and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her."
